Music, movement, and cooperation for conferences, events, and team sessions.

Team building for companies

I lead musical activities that activate a group and create a shared experience, not just another attraction.

I work with people through music, movement, and cooperation.

A quick fit check

In two minutes, check whether the format fits the event goal, participant profile, and brand tone.

  1. For companies, agencies, and teams

The format can work at a conference, team meeting, or event when it has a clear goal and conditions for participation.

  2. Experience without marketing noise

The historical 661-person GWR event and work since 2010 show scale, with Dawid's date and role stated for every proof point.

Event formats

From a short opening to a full workshop. Scale and flow are matched to the goal, group size, venue, and available time.

  1. Conference icebreaker

A few to a dozen or so minutes of shared rhythm that warms up the room and sets the tone for the rest of the programme. It works at conference openings and between blocks.

  2. Musical team building

A longer session with a warm-up, rhythm games, and work on a shared performance. The group hears how a few people become one team.

  3. Corporate workshop

A format tailored to the team's goal, venue, and schedule, for example integration during a training day or closing a company event.

  4. Repertoire matched to the group

From the Santo Domingo warm-up, through the dance-fuelled Cheri Cheri Lady, to Kolorowy Groove or Pirates Mix. We match the set to the audience profile.

How the collaboration works

We first agree the goal and constraints. Dawid then builds a shared rhythm, leads the group, and closes the experience with a short reflection.

  1. Brief and format selection

First we talk about the event's goal, the audience, the venue, and technical constraints. Only then do I propose a format and a repertoire.

  2. Facilitation from rules to action

I start with clear rules and a simple START / STOP signal, so the group quickly finds the rhythm and nobody feels judged.

  3. Finale and conversation

The session closes with a shared performance and a short reflection on what the group heard about itself. No lecture, just examples from what just happened.

  4. Solo, with a band, or with an instrumentalist

I can lead on my own, with a band, or with an additional instrumentalist. We match the line-up to the scale of the event and the organizer's expectations.

Evidence and context

Dawid's experience is shown with a date, role, and context, without implying current cooperation with a brand.

  1. Since 2010

Working with people through music, movement, and cooperation.

  2. Historical GWR event with 661 people

A 2016 event presented in its historical context.

Offer, logistics, and materials

The quote describes the agreed scope: preparation, facilitation, time, group size, logistics, and travel. I work directly with companies and as a subcontractor for event agencies.

  1. Format and time

From a short conference icebreaker to a full workshop. We fit the time into the event programme and the breaks between blocks.

  2. Individual quote

The price depends on the scope, the number of participants, the venue, and travel. We agree on it in a conversation, without hidden costs, and confirm the details before the event.

  3. Logistics

I adapt instruments and equipment to the venue, including a large conference hall. The organizer receives a list of required conditions in advance.

Frequently asked questions

These answers help you check the fit before getting in touch.

Does this work for a formal corporate event?
Yes. The format adapts to the event goal, guests, and brand tone.
Can the format fit the group size and schedule?
Yes. We agree on the group, timing, venue, and goal before a decision is made.
What does the quote include?
Preparation, facilitation, time, group size, logistics, and travel. Any additions are discussed in advance.
Do you travel, and who leads the session?
Travel is agreed individually. Dawid leads the session, with an additional performer only where the format calls for it.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes, I most often work as an agency subcontractor. We agree on the scope, the role in the programme, and the terms so it fits cleanly into the client's offer.
Do participants have to sing or feel embarrassed?
No. Nobody is forced to sing or perform solo. The tubes are simple, and the rules and rhythm make the group work together quickly.
