What happens during the training
We start with simple rules and rhythm, then move towards ideas you can use with your own group.
START / STOP and group rules
Every activity starts and ends with a clear signal from the facilitator. The START and STOP cues, along with simple rules, bring order to group work from the first minutes, without raising your voice.
Counting in, tempo, and rhythm cards
Counting in the style of ONE, TWO, NOW ME passes the tempo and the lead. We work with quarter and eighth notes in simple metres, and rhythm cards show WHACK, TAP, BOOM strikes and the SHH rest.
Playing together and imagination
The tubes become a wave, rain, a jungle, or an instrument in a story. From imitation we move towards the group's own ideas and a short shared performance.

Format, price, timing, and logistics
The training is for teachers and educators. We confirm practical details with the group and location in mind.
Format
Group training at your school, for the whole staff team or a selected group of teachers. Typically 20 to 25 participants, larger groups are quoted individually.
Price
180 PLN gross per person. Above 25 people we agree on a group rate, travel costs are added depending on the location, and we always confirm the price when booking the date.
Duration
240 minutes with a break. The programme fits into one working day, requires no preparation from participants, and no prior music knowledge.
Date and venue
Agreed individually by phone. We match the date to the school calendar, and an ordinary room where a circle fits is enough.
